DTW-Inventory Transaction Goods Receipt uploading problem

Hi All

I am using DTW to post Goods Receipt documents and I am having trouble with serial no , when i try to import i am getting an error "Cannot Add Row WithOut Complete Selection Of Batch/Serial Numbers" . Can any one please give me the correct template for this.
