Solman Upgrade Steps

Hi All,

Can any one explain me the steps involve in Upgrading a Support Package in SOLMAN?. I request you to send me a steps as soon as possible. At the same time, i want to know how to use maintainence Optimizer?

Hello,

all is explained in detail in the Solutionmanager documentation:

service.sap.com/solutionmanager - SAP Solution Manager in Detail - Maintenance Optimizer

It is important that your landscape is maintained properly.

The Maintenance Optimizer can be accessed via transaction dsmop - select your solution - goto tab Change Management - choose Maintenance Optimizer - create a new maintenance task

or via the workcenter

Use transaction solman_workcenter - chosse tab Change Management - choose Maintenance Optimizer on the left - create a new maintenance task
