Task List not created automatically on approval of change request document

Hi All

I think to have issue of authorization. Previously, whenever change manager approves change approval document to create UC document, task list was being created automatically. Currently, it is not.

However, on Recheck Correction by administrator creates task list for that particular UC document

What authorization should I check. I have double checked with basis and found no changes in authorization profile for last few days.
