Performance appraisal through Adobe interactive forms

Hi

I would like to know whether, performance appraisal form created through Adobe interactive form be linked with templates created through OOAM or PHAP_CATALOG_PA (if yes how? any badi to be used?) or it is a complete Z development. Also can it be linked to standard infotype (IT0024) as database for rating or a new infotype is to be created for the same.

Adobe interactive forms are used in appraisals for offline. To use it you need to enable it on template configuration. So, yes, they are linked automatically. No custom development is need, works out of the box. (Prereq is a working ADS server).

as to the IT0024, no clue what you want with it.
