An error is received when attempting to explore a published dataset
Error:
It was not possible to open the Information Space
It is not possible to begin exploration of the Information Space. (PS 50006)
Details shows: Unable to explore dataset

The ability to explore datasets will be possible after clearing the browser cache.
Clear Browser cache
Restart Browser
Logon to bi.ondemand.com
Open a dataset
Click on "Explore" tab
If the above recommendation does not work, please report the issue to the BI OnDemand Support team. Occasional issues with the services may prevent datasets from being explored. It may be necessary for Operations/Engineering to restart services.
