Publications running forever

Hi All...I was wondering if anybody else was in this kind of situation and were able to get through. Basically, it is a pilot project to test splitting of reports based on location. When the publications are set to test run, the status is "running" and it doesn't change to success neither failure status. Please note that we tried restarting our SIA as advised in one of the threads, but no luck. Please let me know if they have to be tried differently. As it is a pilot project, there is only one profile value assigned and one dummy account. And we are working with BOE XI 3.1 SP3. Thanks in advance.
