Issues in MSS

Hi Experts,

i have an issue in MSS, when i add MSS role to user, along with the MSS role, HOME role is also added to the user.

how do i hide the HOME role.

please help me out, thanks inadvance.

Dear Siva,

Please check if the role related to Home and MSS are in a single group. Thus if the user is assigned to the group which is having both the roles then both roles will be visible to the user assigned to that group.

Also you first check to which group this Home role belongs and make sure that the Home role is not directly assigned to user as well instead of assignment through group.

Hi Samir,

Actually i have assigned only MSS role to the user but i could get Home role in addition and when i remove the MSS role, the home role is also removed.

so by understanding i think the Home role is linked to MSS role.

how do we remove the home role.

please help me out.

Dear Siva,

Please open the MSS role and check for any object with name "Home" like folder or workset or page. Let me know what is there in the MSS role.
