Hello

I just bought online crystal dashboard design full pack, personal edition. The install have succeeded. But when I lanched the software (Xcelsius 2008) I've been asked to enter again an activation code, but I got an error message when entering my activation code (it was not valid)

Could someone help?

Hi

If you still have trouble after performing the above check, try raising a new ticket via the Service Market Place (SMP) portal for a support incident.

Ask them to forward the ticket to the following component "XX-SER-LIKEY-BOJ". The engineer in that team will be able to help you with any license query.
