Open Text Migration Task - On ABAP area

Hi,

Need help. Recently my company has a open text project and the consultant for open text has highlighted that JScript and ABAP work is needed for our migration of existing PDF file to our open text server.

I have really no idea what will be required on the ABAP side. I need help to know more. I tried to search online too but the problem is I do not know what to look for. Anyone can give me ideas or example on what will be need from ABAP side? Or is there any FM or program examples for migration PDF files to open text?

Hi Janet,

From the ABAP side of things a good place to start maybe is as follows;

"It is a prerequisite that the ABAP add-on package OTEXBAS of version 9.8.0 of Open Text is implemented. (It is delivered with SAP 9.8.0 Extension for Archiving and Document Access 9.6.2 by Open Text). It contains the relevant Open Text imaging integration. Note the related documentation."
