Inventory Concerns after Conduct of PID

how to include/input the following in inventory

1. excess gen mat from past pid

2. free tools or spare parts that come with the delivery of newly purchased machines. being free, these items are not included/indicated in the invoice

3. repaired machine parts. when detected that the item is defected, it was replaced. but repair was performed just the same. once repaired, how will this be transacted such that it can go back to the inventory

4. fabricated items
