is there any standard reports for the below documents

Dear Experts,

where i can see the reports for the following requirements in standard sap. i am trying to get from the standard SAP, but i am unable to find out. please guide me. Daily pending preventive maintenance machines list, individual machine wise preventive maintenance report and as well shop wise also, daily preventive maintenance completion report., periodical preventive maintenance reports of all machines? is there any report for getting the feed back about on the breakdown maintenance( after completion of the work) from respective users? where we can see the root-cause analysis for the same breakdown maintenance? where we can see the monthly report of the consumption of the power and water. ex: my client have 8no. of water meter readings and 12no.of power meter readings? how i can check in standard sap, if he wants monthly consumption of total power? my plan was create a measuring counter for each meter and create a measuring document, by using this one can i get the report? if possible means what are the prerequisites need?
