replicating service master through middleware

hi all, i'm currently implementing srm and got stucked using middleware, are settings are parameters seem to be working fine since it succesfuly replicates objects(DNL_CUST_PROD0, DNL_CUST_PROD1, or DNL_CUST_SRVMAS) using r3as even the material and service master all with green lights in r3am1, but when i go to txn commpr01 i cannot find any service in there, filters have been replicated using txn r3ac1.

any ideas?
