We are having a difficult time trying to determine where to tell an ERP client that it is not connected to an SCM client. We have clients 500 and 550 in ERP. At one point we had the same in our SCM environment but 550 has since been deleted. We realized APO is really much more like a BW system than ERP and really should only have one client. Now, in ERP client 550, when trying to create a Sales Order in transaction VA01, we are getting a message "No business system could be determined for logical system SBXCLNT550." When we click on the help, the error message at the bottom of the screen is "Error calling function module /sapapo/cif_help_object_show in system SCXCLNT500 - Screen output without connection to user."
So SBX Client 550 - the ERP system, is trying to communicate with SCX client 500, the APO system. I have tried every transaction I know in both systems to try to turn this off but cannot find it. I spent quite a while creating a message wtiih SAP only to be told that it was a consulting issue. I hate it when that happens.
Help!
Thank you,
