Multiple partner confirmation in Account Identification Screen

Hi

I am using B2b& B2c scenarios for Multiple partner confirmation. I have configured the profile of e Account Identification Profiles for Multiple Business Partners and attached to role. I am still not bale to see the view - Confirmed Partners in Account Identify screen.Please advice what I might have missed in configuration.

Can some help with config steps to get the functionality. Any advice will help.

Your requirement is not clear. What are you trying to achieve through acc identificaton profile?

business scenarios where the contact is calling on behalf of another partner function related to a business account or household account., the ability to confirm multiple business partners- eg main customer, Reporting person, contact person etc.

Hi Ritesh,

We need to maintain the account identification profile with multiple partners profile for business roles.

Assign the default value for function profile id BPIDENT_MULTIPLE (multiple business partner ) to the business role(for ex:ic_ssc_agent)

spro->crm->ui framework->define business role-> select the business role ->Assign functional profiles

1)Select new entries.

2)Select the BPIDENT_MULTIPLE functional profile id & assign default value to it.

I did the config but I am not able to see the Assignment block - Confirmed Partners where changes can be done.
