Creating iview for ITS service in Portal

Hello Experts-

I have Standard ITS service PZ01. In the command field of ECC system. I entererd /n and executed this service PZ01.

I created a IAC iview in Portal. But when I tried to preview the iview. The iview fails with the follwoing error.

http://www.gov.com:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/PZ01 is not found.

Please let me know what would be the error.

Hello Raj,

Please make sure that you have activated the service PZ01 at path sap/bc/gui/sap/its/ in SICF.

The service is not listed in the path.

Also, when I tried to start service in Se80

its giving the following errors

http://www.gov.com:8000/scripts/wgate/pz01/

The corresponding service not abvaialble

Have you maintained ITS Settings in the System Configuration?

What is the result of Connection Tests?

Share this info to look into the issue..

And also ensure the path /sap/bc/gui/sap/its in SICF is activated.
