When accessing documents via Explorer inside Content Management I have to pass an additional portal authentication process although I'm already connected to the portal.
I'm using standard CM repository (/documents). Authorization for whole repository is set to 'full control' for everyone.
I'm running EP 6.0.2.4.8 (CM/Coll 6.0.2.4.6) with TREX 6.0.1.6.2 on one AIX-box.
Any idea to bypass this additional authentication?
Best regards,
Jens
Hi Jens,
I have encountered this error before...but only due to domain problems.
When your Portal server is situated in one domain (especially if it is on a Unix box), and you are trying to access it using an URL that corresponds to some other domain, then such problems can arise.
Suggest you check this in your case.
Regards,
Sagar

Hi,
what kind of authentication are you using? We had the same problems with RSA and we had to manually set authentication schema's in th portalapp.xml to 'default' instead of 'basic'.
