Hello All,
I have one FG which requires 5 units of same SFG which is phantom material to produce. these phantom material have its own sub components to produce for example A = 3 units, B= 3 Units and C= 5 Units
But when we are running the cost estimate for the material it is taking 5 times more of the materials under the phantom materials Like A=75, B= 75, and C= 125 units to produces 1 unit of FG i am not able to understand why this is happening can you help me out in this scenario.
Best Regards
Ravi
Hi
This seems to be an issue with the Master Data....Check the Costing lot size of the FG Material... Though you have said its 1, pls double check
Check the Scrap % maintained in the FG material master as well as the BOM of FG and Phantom material....

Hi,
Thanks Ajay for the hint, the MDM Guys have changed some thing in BOM but when i am running the Cost Estimate it is still showing me the Old quantities and Prices.
Is there some thing that has to be released in BOM after changing the BOM. Can you please tell us if there is any thing like that which we must do from PP or CO Side
Best Regards
Ravi Reddy
