Hi ALL

User is getting this error Message No. SOFFICEINTEGRATION142 on opening DIR in CV03N

I have checked with SAP there are no notes available for this right now.......and the problem is that this error is coming on specific Laptop and same user is able to open the document on different laptop which means its a system specific error but this comes in SAP ...

Office integartion problem or MS Office problem in that laptop ?

I faced it on my Mac once, but not sure of the error message number .

Problem was with PDF

there was some check box like compaitbility kind of was missing.... in case anyone face an issue either log OSS or better to re install the PDF and check its setting and this issue needs to be handeled by Basis team
