Improve PI server startup time

Hi Experts,

Our PI 7.0 server takes about 45 to 60 minutes for complete start up. When we noticed the Java AS takes most of the start up time. Can you guys suggest some fine tuning tips and documents?

Recently, as part of fine tuning exercise we increased the MaxTheadPoolsize via cofigTool. But, it does not help.
