BUSINESS DIVIDED THROUGH COST CENTERS

Dear all

We have three kind of businesses like Manufacturing, Trading, services so i like to divide the business used through cost centers. But i know it can be assigned only expenditure and revenue accounts.

But my company want to take separate P&L and Balance sheet. so what is best method other then cost center and project.

And another problem is when i assen cost centers in marketing document, it is not getting effect in cost center reports what is problem?
