LIS Extraction

Hi guys!

Sorry if this question is kind of basic but i haven't tried extraction for logistics yet, i just want to know if the process is pretty much the same as HR extraction. If not, can you please give me a step by step process of how to accomplish this. Thank you for bearing with this question! Hope to hear from you gurus soon. Much thanks.

I am creating LIS structures for flexible Planning S9nn and would like to add KFs that are not available to me in Standard catalogs. How to add New KFs to the LIS structures and how the data is to be populated in these fields.Apreciate your help.

You need to go to the RSA6 in the R/3 and add them in your structure. after that replicate the datasource in BW and modify the transfer and update rules.

Hi Peter,

in case of LIS-Extraction, you need to activate the V3-booking for the extractors. Additionally you need to fill the setup tables to get an initial set of data..... This all can be done in the logistics customizing cockpit for the application you need. Just go to transaction sbiw or lbwe on R/3 and read the help files. That should help you.
