Relationship Address

Hi Experts!!!!!!

When we try to delete any relationship between 2 partners through transaction BP.When both the business addresses are same we are not able to delete the relationship as we are getting message " Address is in use" .This problem is occuring in CRM 4.0 but working fine in CRM 7.0.

Debugging the issue we come to know that if there is an entry in table BUT052 ( relationship address table ) then it is not allowing us to delete relationship.

My questions are

1. How to default address of partner1 is set to partner2 is there any customization involved?

2.Is there any way to to achieve deletion without applying any sap note.

3.Is it related to an activity creation.
