Not able to transfer GR to SUS for 102 movement type

Hi,

A GR is created in ECC. It is available for display in the supplier's login.

We are able to achieve this for 101 movement types. But we are not able see GR with 102 movement type.

It has been successfully passed from outbound IDoc from ECC. But it has not reached SUS client.

Question 1: In SUS client, below error was displayed in the trace. Kindly suggest what could be wrong?

"Error in an XI interface: The reference to a source object via the object number is different than the reference via the GUID Program: SAPLBBP_BD_API; Include: LBBP_BD_APIF39; Line: 222"

Question 2: We would like to know how SUS system is recognizing this as cancelled GR (i.e. in which table this info will be saved). Because we are unable to see movement type in BBP_PD in SUS.

Details: SRM7.0 SP07, ECC Ehp4, Using MM-SUS. Plan driven procurement.

I am guessing it may be the error due to system not able to find the GR against which CGR is getting replciated(as you said your 101 is success).

Do a CGR against a GR which is successfully replciated to SUS in ECC and then replciate the CGR to SUS.

Question 2: We would like to know how SUS system is recognizing this as cancelled GR (i.e. in which table this info will be saved). Because we are unable to see movement type in BBP_PD in SUS.

In BBP_PD you see the Description CGR, GR and RGR, which shoul help you.

Dear Manjunath,

For question1: We have already tried CGR for a GR which was succesfully replicated for 101. Then we got above message.

Can you guide use, which should be the reference document?

In ECC, we observe that the reference MSEG-LFBNR is,

- the material document number itself --> incase of GR (mvt=101)

- the previouse material document number --> incase of CGR (mvt=102).

Whether the system looks for ECC reference number or SRM Reference nummber?

For question2: OK. Thanks.

The reference to a source object via the object number is different

Now problem was solved. Reference should be the material document number of original material document along with doc year.
