Addition of Field in HR Object Manager

Please tell me the steps that how can i add a field in Info types Free Search Area (PA30) , which is not appearing in HR Object Manager. Kindly tell me way of the same.

Hi

The free search in PA20 calls and ADHOC based on the entries in the table T77OMAHQ_FUNCAR, if there is no entry it uses the default one /SAPQUERY/HR_ADM.
