Can we delemit 0015 in place of deletion of the old data.

HI seniors,

While running the change in pay action infotype 0015 previous data is getting deleted where in i need to have the previous data

available.

Is there any way we can change the setting & is it some where related to time constarin of the INFOTYPE.

Please guide.

I have 6 componets in 0015, 2 componets are paid several times and 4 are paid once.

What next then.

What is the configuration of the WT that disappear? is it set to once or many times?

Hi Antonie,

Now i have problem with the following.

My 0015 is set on LIS9 and the action is Separation.

But still its not delimiting the data,its just deletes the past data.

Please guide.

IT0015 is only valid on a single day (same start & end date) and can't be delimited.

Try INS or INSS and let us know.

Have you check T512Z for this particular WT?

Use COP Funtion in change of Pay action for infotype 0015.

Can you please check the action "change in pay" is included the DEL for infotype 0015.

and also check the dynamic action for the same Action.

May be your problem resolves.

Because if you run action it will update the record. once actual payroll done old data may not deleted.

Hey,

Maybe you should run a copy or create action instead of change action.

Beware, infotype 0015 is particular since it has same begining/end date. Check also WT customization in V_T512Z for their to enable or not multiple existencies.
