IndVal of wage type 1000-Basic Pay: No entry in table T7INA9_PYIN

Dear Seniors,

In my PY India i am not able to create the basic pay 0008 as system is throwing error for

IndVal of wage type 1000- BASIC PAY: No entry in table T7INA9.

I have checked T511,Basic Pay-1000 wage componet is set on INVAL_A,

Calculate eligibility for RAPS 1000- Basic Pay entry is available,

Maintain default wage type for Basic pay-entry is available for 1000.

V_001p_ALL,V_503_ALL is also fine.

This is happening only for one employee.all others are fine.

Can any body guide me where else i might have gone wrong or missed out the steps to check the correctness.
