SPRO in Not Modifieable

Hi, I'm trying to modfy parameters in SPRO, but the message is coming, Your SPRO is not modifiable, Can any one tell me who to remove this restriction.

Your client is not opened.Ask your Basis consultant to open the client.

Hi,

I think you are working on production where the master data or customization is blocked, you can verify it in SCC4 trnx code with your resp. client. if you want to remove this error then select the tab from No changes Allowed to automatic recording of changes and also cross verify this with the help of BASIS consultant.

Please check this setting and revert.
