Work status: one email message per application

Hi,

I have 2 applications in my appset. Both of them are using work status. We need to notify the owners and managers. Is it possible to have a different message for each application?

I agree but it doesn't match the business need. I have 2 business processes in my appset: one for the forecast and one for the actual review. The business need is to communicate a date of deadline to finish the input in each process.

Is it possible to have a mail notification in BPF?

Hi,

You can have mail once each step of BPF is executed. However, that also will be a pretty standard mail. You can use few system variables to denote which step has been completed for which data region and by which user.

I dont see the possibility to have different messages in the same appset. However, maintaining 2 different appsets just to have different messages doesnt make sense, either. I would suggest you to keep a more generic kind of message which might suit your need.

Hi,

The message to be sent upon work status change is actually maintained in the application set parameter. This means that the same message will be applied to all the applications of the application set.
