Adding approver

Hi

In Approval preview of SC ,we have the option to add approvers.

I type an approver name say "TIM" and click on FIND .The system attempts to find TIM but then takes me back to the same screen without locating him.

Tim has the attributes of an approver.

Please advise.

1) Please check whether anyone of below BADI is activated.

BBP_CHNG_AGNT_ALLOW

BBP_CHNG_AGNT_GET

2) Please check whether the user has approver roles authorization.
