Reduction in Commitments after GRN - Service PO

Hi Folks,

I have a Service PO with only one line item with the quantity = "01" & Unit = "Lumsum" mentioned.

This line item has multiple service lines in its service detail screens, for example, two service lines with 100 units each, for which a partial service entry sheet is posted (lets say 50%).

Considering the PO commitment for example to be 100 rupees, the statistics should be 50 Rs Commitment & 50 Rs actual cost after the 1st partial service entry sheet is posted.

System is reducing the commitments to zero (which was 100 Rs earlier) & generating an actual cost of 50 Rs.

I checked with MM consultant but could not find anything productive. I am parallelly posting this thread in MM forum also.

Any light on this behaviour? We are running on ECC 6.0, EHP 604.
