OBD Should not be reversed, delete if invoice not cancelled

Our system is allowing OBD reversal, deletion even if invoice is not cancelled

Plz suggest

If you copy standard routines in VTFL, I dont think, system will permit to reverse OBD without reversing the billing document. What copy controls you have in VTFL ?? Hope you meant "Invoice" is commercial billing document and not a proforma in which case, system will allow to reverse OBD.

sourace is LF & target is Commercial invoice and header level copy requirements is 003, assignment no B, reference number A

and item level copy requirements is 004, Data VBRK/VBRP 007, billing quantity G, Pos./neg. quantity +, pricing type D
