Dear All

I am creating a sales Order of a Material having MRP type PD i.e that will trigger to purchase requisition and STOin the supplying plant and afterwards GR is being done. Then you can make PGI and Billing.

The problem is that at the schedule line.the delivery date is 29 th of march as per the inhouse production time maintained in material master[MRP2 views],but user needs it to happen on 28 of march only.

I have changed the inhouse production time to 0 also in MRP2 views of Material Master but still got the same result

Can you plz help me out that is their any other checks for availability ?

Many Thanks

Rakesh Naveen

Hi Arun

Thanks for your input

There is no question of Stock availability over here rather it is a make to order through Procument as Stock Transfer from other Plants.

Thats why I am saying that If I put inhouse time 0 then at schedule line it should reflect the delivery date as 28th of march.

Hi there:

Please go to va03 and double click the item line, then go to shipping tab, record the route, then go to spro, path:Logistics execution/shipping/basic shiping functions/routes/define routes/define routes and stages, then position your route in it, probably you will find transit duration or transit lead time is 1, it means 1 day, it will explain your case, hope it helps.

Could you go to MRP3 of material master data, and tell me what's the value of tot.repl.lead time? if it is 1 day, your case made sense.

MRP2

In-house production 0 days Planned Deliv. Time 0 days

GR Processing Time 0 days Planning calendar

SchedMargin key 000

MRP3:

Tot. repl. lead time 0 days

Still the seytem showing the delivery date at schedule line is 29th of march.

Hi,

What is the sales order creation date? If it 28 march and inhouse production time is 0 then it should be 28 march only... Just delete and readd item once again ...
