Unable to make delievery due to system status REL EXLS NoMP

Hi Experts,

I have one sales order which had got 10 line items/materials.i was able to make delievery of 8 line items but when i tried to make delievery of 9th and 10th line item/material,system is not allowing me to do so and giving the error message as Create delievery not allowed (Sys Status EXLS,object VB0001231784000090) and the resolution which SAP is suggesting is that we need to reset this message but i wanted to know from where does this message is coming in sales order for these two line items.I mean to ask which data is giving system such kind of message.

Early response would be appreciated.

Check out if any status control is active or not for the said sales order line item,

Hi,

This may be due to the license check happening in Sales order at item level.

Check the Foreign trade export tab in material master.Whether in legal control tab at bottom any values are maintained for theses materials.

Also check the configuration SD>Foreign trade/Customs>Legal Control >Document control>Legal Control - Order Item.

Is it export related? If Yes- Please check and maintain export data details in material master Export data tab.
