NWDI buildsapce unknown

Dear SDN,

we are facing a strange issue when we try to modify the information and when we do a save we are getting the following error.

we are actually adding the domain name for example previously the CBS url is http://nwdiserver:port, and we are adding http://nwdiserver.erp.com:port and trying to save we are getting the folowing error

Unexpected error; inform your system administrator: CBS Server Error: The build space is not known on the server( internal code: BS_UNKNOWN)

and the build space is getting deleted. can somebody pls help with this issue.
