Campaign Creation

Hello,

I am creating a Campaign using SAP CRM 7.0 Web UI. I am trying to create Email campaign. I created tactic using SPRO and make an Email tactic. But when I am creating camping under Web UI, the only tactics show up is "Tradeshow" under type "Product Promotion" and Objective "Awareness". How I can see Email also. Please help.

I am not sure I understand what you need. Is 'E-mail' a tactic? under which 'type' of campaign?

This is the basic procedure for creating campaings:

1 - Create objectives: CRM - Marketing - Mkt planning... - Basic Data - Define objectives (goals)

Example: Customer retention

2 - Create tactics: CRM - Marketing - Mkt planning... - Basic Data - Define tactics

Example: E-mail, Visits, Phone call, etc.

3 - Create Campaign type: CRM - Marketing - Mkt planning... - Basic Data - Define types/objectives/tatics

Example: Z01 - General Campaign

3.1 Attribute the objectives and tatics, for example:

Type: General Campaign

Objectives: Customer Retention

Tactics: E-mail and Visits

So, on WEB UI, if you select campaing type 'General Campaign' you will see value 'Customer Retention' for objectives and 'E-mail' and 'Visits' for field tactcs.
