Need to display PR creator as sent from in outlook mail from PR workflow

Hi ,

WF for PR

I am getting a workitem ... through the batch program that work item is sent to my outlook .. Is it possible to get the mail from PR creator rather than person who is running the bactch program ?

Hi,

Yes possible.

I am not clear when you are getting this mail.

On creation of PR ?

if it is then it will be very easy.

Create a custom workflow where a mail step will be there and then link with 'Created' event of BUS2105.

for item, you can use BUS2009.
