Brazilian Tax Reports Using Crystal -- Does this work?

Hello All

I am trying to activate the Country specific content for Brazil “Modelo Reports” BW 3.0B SP22.

ODS, InfoSet, BEx all works find. I am trying to use “Crystal Reports Designer” to refresh the data and see does it adds any value. We are not trying to go for Crystal Enterprise Publishing method. Simple Crystal Reports design on a PC.

I am getting MDX errors. Researched and found where it is regenerated in ABAP. Any one has been successful in using this business content using Crystal Yet.

2nd Question and this is really detail one.

Normally Crystal Reports are written using a Query and BW Query acts like a OLAP structure to create a Query. Crystal allows to join multiple tables etc also. This relationships is visible on Crystal Report Designer.

Crystal Report “Crystal Report for Modelo 2” uses 3 Queries (You can see that in RSA1 ==> Business content). This Crystal Reports Refers to the data base G_NF_BRAZIL_MOD_1. What is data base table here is? Where this is defined in BW. This is not an Query or workbook. I can't find any info, OSS note, Documentaions, etc.

Any help or pointer will be helpfull.

one the first issue :

what kind of MDX Errors do you get ?

You will also need the Crystal Enterprise Server for this. - that's part of the complete archtitecture

on the second item :

The Modelo reports are based on InfoSets which are then used in Queries and the reports contain subreports.

These subreports can point to seperate queries.
