    Hi Swapnil,

You need to find the source of it.

e.g. If it is fed from Project system, then you should go to CJ20N find the relevant activity and delete it.

      HI Mauri,

Can you please exaplin how Worklist comes from PS (Project System)?

My simple issue is just I want some people to remove history line itmes from Work List Area of CAT2 screen - this scenario occurs when people gets moved from one cost center to another. And if they use old records from Worklist area then system may commit that timesheet for old sender cost center.

Hope I can able to exaplian my issue properly - if not please let me know I wl elaborate it in depth.

    Hi Swapnil,

You have to choose the line from the worklist entry, then choose " Delete Line (Shift +F2)" from the tool bar. Deleting the line item is based on whether it has approved or not (in case you have settings for 'No changes after approval").

      Hi Ravi,

I know this function in application toolbar but when I checked this its giving me message as -

Select the lines you want to delete

Probably its built for Data Entry Area and not for work List Area.

      Please suggest.
