P46 / P45(3) efiling submission to Inland Revenue failed with Business erro

Hi Team,

Efiling of P46 / P45(3) failed with an error message 3001 - The submission of this document has failed due to departmental

specific business logic in the Body tag.

There were many submissions on the same day, only two failed with the above message. Can you one tell me why is this error and how to resolve this?
