Uperform server installation could not detect Oracle 11g client

Hi All,

Appreciate if you can lend a hand on the issue I am facing below.

Currently, I am installing a fresh new ancile uperform server on a windows 2012 r2 server,

Oracle 11g client was installed, and also the ODAC 11.2.0.1.2 which was stated in the technical specifications along with the other items which is needed.

Vignette has been installed, but once the Glossary Database Options on the page, when I clicked Oracle and create a new Glossary Database, an error popup occurs:-

"The Oracle 11g client is required to use Oracle as the Gloassary database engine, but it is not currently detected on this machine. Please exit Setup, install the oracle client, and rerun the setup. You can run the setup program at a later time to complete the installation".

The database is installed in a different server separate from this server as per recommended.
