service desk error

when I open a message through service desk support enn the display of

notification in the Action tab an error "Find support team responsible,

When message is created" when we see the log shows "Error in resolution

of rule 'AC13200137' for step '1 '"can help us solve the problem

    Hi,

    you can access rule 13200137 in transaction PFAC.

    There you can execute the button "Simulate rule resolution" with the values from your ticket.

    If you get no result or more than one result, you have to adjust the responibilities in tab "Responsibilities".
