while saving (vt01n) getting error

Hi,

I am doing (va01 -> vl01n-> vt01n) . here i am getting delivery no in top and i am providing all information and saving here getting error like this E:ZOTC:003 and message no: ZOTC003 what i need to do for this need any setting , if it is need plz tell me what are the needed things..

I am expecting needful answer for this,
