BDC for SE11

Hi All,

Have a requirement for a BDC for SE11.The tables are from different namespace and are tables with 2 step screens.When trying to delete them in background I get the following messages and the tables are not deleted.

1. 352 W You are changing a function group which does not belong to you

2. 344 S No batch input data for screen SAPMSVIM 0102

Is there a way of suppressing the information popup or other messages?.Could help on the above problem
