San Francisco Predictable Scheduling Ordinance and Seattle Secure Scheduling Rules


Has anyone implemented SAP/HR functionality to comply with the San Francisco Predictable Scheduling ordinance and/or the soon-to-be-enacted Seattle Secure Scheduling Rules? Both of these require an employer to post worker schedules about 2 weeks in advance and then have to pay the worker for differences in hours if the schedule changes. It is currently in effect in San Francisco and will be effective 01 July 2017 in Seattle, Washington. We are using WFM (Workforce Management) and need to know if there is existing functionality to address this, if SAP plans to develop functionality or if we have to develop this on our own.
