Refurbishment Order

Hello All,

I have to configure refurbishment order.

But I don't want to use the serial number profile (client's demand).

How to go for that?

Also in our development server I am not getting field for entering the equipment for refurbishment order. Also it doesn't contain the 'objects' tab page. But in our another server we are getting both.

May expert help me tackle the above said issue.

Hi,

Objects Tab missing:

Please check the Order View Profile assigned to Refurbishment Order Type.

IMG => PM & CS => Maintenance & Service Processing => Maintenance & Service Orders => Functions & Settings for Order Types => Basic Order View

Check both the configurations under the above mentioned path.

For Refurbishment Business Process:

Generally Refurbishment Process will be done on Material which is having more than 2 valuation types. What is the requirement to mention the equipment there?
