Can anyone send me steps about how to move the data/requests to production and quality

You shouldn't be moving data between environments in a classic 3 tier development landscape. This is because of complexity with number ranges and since it will make the data irreconciliable with source systems.

To move development between environments you need to use transports. This a big topic so check out the SAP library for a full overview:

Hi Sweety

You usuually do not move the data/requests from one system to another unless you are doing a system copy which will copy all the objects along with the data from one system to another.

In normal scenario 2 different BW systems will have separate source systems and the data pulled in BW will depend on the data in the source.
