Shelf-Life checking while creating Reservation

Hi,

While creating reservation ,I want to check shelf life for that particular batch with Material.That time I want to send some error message saying that "This material expiry with batch number".

Is it possible? If possible ,Can some body throw light on this,please?

Hi there

AS per my knwoledge it is not possible through STD config,,

But i know we can control this through Minor enahncement,,, After you entered the batch for the line item, system should check the Base Date of reservation and compare with the batch Shelf life, if there is negative delta through the error,,

Check with your ABAP team about the complexity,,,
