I want to know that few things are not there in the standard ESS like

Virtual Meeting Rooms

Discussion Forums

In the spotlight (newsletters)

Fun Forum

Opinion Polls

Employee Satisfaction Survey

So for the above is it possible to do all these outside ess and later on integrate with ESS?If yes plz suggest how we can do ?
