Hi gurus

I want to define the services and rate of services in ML33.On the initial entry screen vendor code is mandatory entry I want to make it optional. What settings in SPRO I have to do? Also can anyone provide detail documentation for the same as I have never used the feature of Create Price Condition ever before.

Any help regarding this will be highly appriciated.

have you tried ML45? it does nt have vendor code field

In ML45 there is no vendor code but there is no plant code also so it is not useful to me.We are having 3 plants at different locations and reate for each activity for all the plants is different so I want to maintain the condition record for activity number and plant combinatoin.

Can u suggest any other way where I will be able to maintain Plant and Activity no combination.

in configuration Materials management>> external services management>>Maintain conditions for services, you can define your own table. enter the table in access sequence which appear in the condition PRS.

in ML51 call conditon PRS and use the Key combination made by you to enter the data

Hi

You can create service conditions using other t-codes where vendor is not mandatory

Following options are available

For Vendor with plant:

ML33 / 4 / 5

For Vendor without plant

ML39/ 40 / 41

For Service

ML45 / 46 / 47

Others

ML51 / 52 / 53

We are having 3 plants and all of them perform same operation at different rates. This is the reason y I want activity no,plant and purchasing organisation combination for recording the conditions. I am looking for a T code where in I will be getting the unique combination ML33 siuts to my requirement but only thing is that vendor code is mandatory and I want it to made non mandatory.

Can u sugget any other way where I will be able to get combination of Activity no, Plant atleast.

from my understanding , you just need a new condition table and use ML51 to create condity record

In ML51 I am not getting the exact combination. Can u sugget how to make vendor field non mandatory either in ML33.

Or is there any other way where I will be able to maintain the condition records for Plant and activity no.combination.
