About ML33

Hi gurus

I want to define the services and rate of services in ML33.On the initial entry screen vendor code is mandatory entry I want to make it optional. What settings in SPRO I have to do? Also can anyone provide detail documentation for the same as I have never used the feature of Create Price Condition ever before.

Any help regarding this will be highly appriciated.
