How to create Inspection lot through maintenance plan without creating orde

Hi,

I am facing a challenge where I need to create Inspection lot through maintenance plan, but without creating maintenance order. Out users do not want to work on order, they require to record results only.

Please let me know how it is possible in PM/QM?
